Sea Cliff resort & Spa is the ideal location for conferences, board meetings and incentive groups. With a full conference centre with three conference rooms we can host groups from 10 people up to 120 people.

The conference centre has been built to international standards and is fully equipped with data projectors, roaming and desktop microphones, portable screens, whiteboards, PA systems as well as a translation system.

The conference centre also has a private conference restaurant for outdoor tea and coffee breaks. With a new restaurant located on the cliff overlooking the ocean delegates can have private meals, gala dinners etc.

Our international management team has a great deal of experience hosting conferences such as the World Economic Forum. With a designated conference manager we are able to arrange all of the logistics of your conference including airport transfers, private dinners and even excursions.

The Sea Cliff resort & Spa is proud to have already successfully hosted some very large international conferences group such as the John Hopkins University in Washington, Vodacom, Medical Corps, Bank of Tanzania etc below is a letter of thanks received from the co coordinator of the John Hopkins group.

Thank you so much for the exceptional service during the Jhpiego meeting. The meeting went very smoothly, thanks to all of you and every staff member at the resort. Our guests were comfortable, the food was excellent, the facility was beautiful, and each process for organizing our large group was incredibly well organized. Every staff member was very attentive, with a wonderfully friendly and relaxed demenour.

The example I use to explain the outstanding the service was our arrival. We had about 80 people and an entire truck load of luggage arrive at the same time. In about 20 minutes, everyone was checked in, settled in their rooms, luggage in hand. Wow! Registration cards and keys had been well prepared, welcome drinks refreshed our weary travelers, and porters were super speedy in sorting out luggage and delivering it to each room.

Of course, this is just one example. Every department from house keeping to banquets delivered nearly flawless service throughout the entire meeting.

I would be happy to serve as a reference to any incoming groups who might wish to hear from previous clients. I hope that you will share my words of appreciation with all the staff there, as it was truly a team effort.
